Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have been provided by us then
you can make a formal complaint to us.

We will then acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide you with a Final
Response Letter within 8 Weeks of your complaint being logged in line with the guidelines set
out by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

In the event you are not happy with our Final Response then you have the right to refer your
complaint onto the Financial Ombudsman.
